Gregory Thomas is an MBA and community development professional who promotes organizational cultures of continuous development, learning; growth, and improvement. He has over 15 years of experience in project management and supply chain with a proven track record of driving results and implementing positive changes within challenged organizations. He is a District Director with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks as well as a Project Manager with Whole Systems Learning. He is also the founder and Executive Director of KUSH Reaching Out, Inc where he managed a $10M gang intervention and prevention program in Southeast Los Angeles. He has developed and implemented curriculums and program designs that has had generational effects in the Watts community where he was born and raised. Gregory holds an MBA from Cal State L.A., a BS in Resource Management from Troy State University in Montgomery AL, and Project Management Professional Certification from UC Irvine.
