Each participant works with a dedicated Career/Life Coach to develop a personalized career plan that matches their goals, interests, and strengths. This one-on-one guidance helps youth navigate career options, set milestones, and build confidence in their potential.

We provide hands-on training in high-demand fields, giving youth direct pathways into employment or entrepreneurship. Participants can earn certifications and gain real-world experience in:

· Peer Support Specialist

· Audio-Video Production Assistant

· Community Health Worker

· Security Guard

· Sales Specialist

These career tracks are designed not just for placement, but for purpose. Each one opens doors to self-sufficiency, leadership, and impact in their communities

We support career exploration through exposure to industries, guest speakers, mentorship, and on-the-job learning. Participants also receive support with resume building, interview prep, and professional presentation, ensuring they’re ready for any opportunity.
